Your safety is a top priority. We are a established US corporation since 2019 and we are compliant with all applicable regulations and laws. We have an extensive process to ensure that you are safe every second of your experience: We conduct comprehensive background checks on all families, offer a thorough orientation on local safety protocols, and maintain a 24/7 support line in case of emergencies. We also encourage caregivers to reach out at any time with concerns or requests for additional support.
To qualify, you must hold a relevant degree in a field such as physical therapy, psychology, nursing, or special education. Previous experience working with children with special needs is highly valued, as is a commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care.
Our team provides ongoing support, including access to additional resources, regular check-ins, and a 24/7 emergency line. We’re here to help you navigate any challenges that arise during your placement.

Your primary responsibility will be taking care of children with special needs. Even though you won’t be responsible to provide medical advise or to recommend therapies, you might be asked to provide relevant treatments. You might also be asked to hep in day-to-day activities (such as housekeeping). Your responsibilities in each case will be defined and agreed with you and with the family before you move to their houses, and reflected in your compensation accordingly.
